Dr. Steven Winiarski is dedicated to empowering men to achieve optimal health. Based in Atlanta, GA, he is a Family Medicine Doctor and a Diplomate of the American Board of Clinical Lipidology and the American Board of Obesity Medicine. Dr. Winiarski specializes in heart health and cholesterol management and is a pioneer in telemedicine, having established a national network of independent providers. Licensed in all fifty states, he treats his patients primarily virtually, including many professional athletes focused on health optimization. A graduate of Emory University and the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Winiarski enjoys living it up in his life through endurance sports and by staying active with his two young daughters.

Van Willis is the COO and co-founder of Veo Health, bringing over 25 years of experience in technology and healthcare solutions. He began his entrepreneurial journey in 1992 by co-founding CommCard Inc., which merged with Premiere Global Services in 1994. Van also co-founded MedicalMessaging.net in 2002, later acquired by athenahealth in 2008, and PREMEDEX in 2013, acquired by SCP Health in 2022. A native of Rome, GA, he holds a BBA in Business Management from Georgia State University. Based in Atlanta with his wife and three children, Van lives it up by enjoying family time, golfing and running.
Lauren Verdery
CMO
Lauren Verdery is the Chief Marketing Officer at Veo Health, bringing over 20 years of expertise in brand and marketing leadership. She has collaborated with top brands like Nike (via Wieden + Kennedy), Christie’s, Tiffany & Co., and EY. Most recently, Lauren redefined Nordic Consulting, earning it a global reputation and #1 health tech firm ranking, supporting the organization’s pathway to acquisition. She also held U.S. Presidential appointments, historically establishing branding and marketing for U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services under the Department of Homeland Security post-9/11. Based in Atlanta, GA, Lauren holds a BA in Journalism from the University of Georgia and enjoys cheering for the Dawgs, hot yoga, traveling, and family time.
Dr. Matthew Mumber

Dr. Mumber is a board certified radiation oncologist at the Harbin Clinic with expertise in integrative oncology. Integrative oncology combines evidence-based complementary modalities with conventional medicine to address the whole person on all levels of their being and experience. Matthew completed his undergraduate and medical education at the University of Virginia and a fellowship at the University of Arizona (Integrative Medicine). He served as President of the Georgia Society of Clinical Oncology (GASCO) and edited the first integrative oncology textbook: Integrative Oncology: Principles and Practice. Dr. Mumber has facilitated groups and retreats for over 20 years, focussed on transformational change.

Dr. Arun Mohan is a serial entrepreneur and early-stage investor specializing in healthcare technology and services. He serves on the boards of Relatient, Aidin, and Liine, and advises digital health companies like Veo, Inflo Health, and Exer Health. Dr. Mohan was the founding President and Chief Medical Officer of Hospital Medicine and Population Health at ApolloMD, where he built and led one of the largest hospitalist groups in the country with over 400 providers in 30+ locations. Previously, he served as Medical Director of Care Coordination at Emory University Hospital and Associate Vice-Chair for IT at Emory School of Medicine. He co-founded Radix Health, recognized by Inc. Magazine as the 52nd fastest growing private company, and founded PictureRx, acquired by Bioscape Digital. Based in Louisville, KY, she is Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology with specialized expertise in obesity, nutrition, hormone therapy, menopause, and longevity. Dr. Miller’s focus is on proactive health, helping women prevent disease, navigate menopause, and achieve lasting wellness. As a nationally certified menopause practitioner, she is licensed to provide personalized, compassionate care to Veo Health’s communities in Kentucky and Georgia. A proud University of Louisville graduate, Dr. Miller enjoys ‘living up’ her passions by cheering on the Cardinals, running marathons, reading historical fiction and traveling the world.
David Harvey

David Harvey is the CEO and co-founder of Veo Health, bringing 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry. He has founded/led five healthcare companies in privately held, P/E backed, and publicly traded entities, all focused on improving the consumer experience. As a seasoned cultural and product leader, David is dedicated to transforming the traditional “sick care” system into a proactive “well care” model centered on health optimization and disease prevention. He believes in helping people proactively build resilience against the root causes of illness, enabling people to live healthier, longer lives. Based in Atlanta, GA, David graduated from Auburn University and enjoys traveling, exercising, hiking, golfing, and spending time with his family.

Dr. Cindy Elsberry is committed to improve health and longevity through nutrition and integrative medicine. Based in Roswell, Georgia, she holds a Ph.D. in Integrative Medicine and a Doctorate in Natural Medicine, specializing in Orthomolecular Nutrition. As a board-certified Holistic Health Practitioner and certified in Pediatric Obesity, Dr. Elsberry brings over 30 years of experience as a nutritionist, health coach, and exercise physiologist. She has developed Fitness Certification and Continuing Education programs for numerous health and fitness professionals, and is a sought-after speaker, featured by numerous health organizations and podcasts, addressing wellness, natural medicine, nutrition, and fitness. Passionate about healthcare and wellness, Sam has been instrumental in shaping care delivery for both health systems and telehealth practices. His strong problem-solving skills and proven track record in building and implementing new care models drive Veo’s mission to deliver innovative solutions that improve patient outcomes. Sam holds an MBA and MHA from Georgia State University and a Health Sciences degree from Furman University. Katie Boney is a dedicated Veo Coach committed to working directly with Veo Members to keep them motivated and on track to achieve their health goals. Based in Atlanta, GA, she holds a Bachelor’s in Nursing from the Medical College of Georgia and a Master of Science in Nursing from Emory University. Her passion for health promotion and disease prevention began in nursing school and blossomed during her time as an NP at Dana Farber Cancer Institute. Katie also founded Navicare Advocates, providing personalized care navigation for patients with complex diagnoses and served as Wellness Coordinator at Artisan Plastic Surgery. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her three kids, following the Falcons, playing tennis, and walking.

She ensures Veo’s personalized, data-driven services meet the evolving needs of women at every life stage. With a keen ability to drive growth and brand expansion, Biz plays an instrumental role in clinical recruitment and collaborates with physicians, nutritionists, and wellcare coaches to help women thrive through science-backed insights and expert care. A University of Georgia graduate in International Business, Biz enjoys time with her husband and children in Louisville, KY, staying active with workouts, sauna, and paddleboarding.
