We do accept HSA/FSA cards, however Veo is generally a cash pay service. Much of what Veo offers isn’t reimbursable by insurance companies anyway. That’s why we exist. With 98%+ of the country’s healthcare spending going toward the insurance driven “sick care” system, it’s past time for consumers to take control of their own health and use their dollars on health optimization and proactive prevention.

Yes, we do accept HSA/FSA.

We currently have men and women Members that range in age from their twenties to their sixties. Veo is for everyone that wants to get ahead of their health and be proactive vs. reactive, but the minimum age to join is 18.

Veo is brickless and borderless. We are a virtual first organization with physicians licensed in all 50 states. However, we do have a go to market plan that focuses on rolling out our offering and our marketing efforts in certain geographies. Annual physicals provided by your insurance driven medical providers are typically constrained by insurance policies. In most cases providers are restricted or discouraged from ordering the type of comprehensive testing that Veo does without a supporting diagnosis; defeating the entire premise of proactively looking for areas in need of improvement before they become symptomatic or diagnosed. In addition to the insurance constraints, typical physicians don’t have the time to engage with you in a comprehensive way during an annual physical or regularly throughout the entire year. At Veo, we are unencumbered by insurance and give you access to our doctors, nutritionists and coaches throughout the year.

Veo is for wellness. We don’t treat disease or illness on a reactive basis like a traditional medical practice would. We don’t fill your basic prescriptions and aren’t on call for your sore throats. Some concierge doctors do more than just sick care but Veo is totally focused on health optimization, building resiliency in our members and preventing illness from creeping into your body in the first place.
